Start your day in Piazza Del Duomo
Start your adventure in Milan by visiting Piazza del Duomo, the heart of the city. In addition to being a good starting point, this square is also a gateway to some of the most beautiful tourist sites in Milan. Arrive early to enjoy the place without crowds, because when it gets after and after, the place really fills up.
The centerpiece of the Piazza del Duomo is the magnificent Milan Cathedral, the largest Gothic cathedral In Italy, which took six centuries to build. This beauty is covered with statues and gargoyles, which is impressive, but be sure to explore the roof terraces for panoramic views of Milan.
A stone’s throw from the Duomo is the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, one of the oldest and most beautiful shopping centers in the world. This elegant building with its glass and iron roof houses high-end boutiques and charming cafes, making it an ideal place for a quiet morning walk.
Visit of the Milan Cathedral
The visit to the Milan Cathedral, also called Milan Cathedral, embodies the true spirit of Milan.
